MWCCA is a non-profit association of contact center professionals with the common goal of education, collaboration and networking.
MWCCA plans 8-10 events per year including educational seminars, call center tours, lunch and learns and networking events. Only paid members may attend events, however all contact center professionals are encouraged to try their first event without membership. First time guests can register as a first time guest and only pay the event fee. We are confident you will see immense value and join our organization afterwards.
